If you are unsure about this year but feel like you may want to do it next year, then register THIS year to see how much you can improve in just a year’s time. Remember there will be a scaled version of the workouts as well if you are uncomfortable with the prescribed weight or movements.
If you are completely new to this and want to come watch, please join us on February 28th at 11AM for our first Open workout.
