Let’s get ready to redo 14.2!
From what I recall last year, my lats were fried! And I couldn’t stabilize the OHS in round 3. This year I may try to widen my grip on the C2B and narrow my grip for the OHS but we’ll see what happens. I’m not ever going to make regionals so I just do this for fun and don’t have much of a game plan before each workout. Just do my best but I don’t want to burn out too quickly.
Please remember we’ll be visiting our friends over at BoxFit – CrossFit BaKeSi for this event on Saturday at 10AM. So we’ll be closed this Saturday. Meaning NO CLASSES here.
