What is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp 綜合集訓課程到底是什麼?

Through the use of cardio, strength and agility our programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of training intervals.

"They're more intense than any fitness class and more fun than traditional gym workouts."

Bootcamp consists of group exercise classes that mix traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Here at Feng CrossFit they are designed in a way that pushes you harder than you'd push yourselves.

But why pay for class based training when you can go to a gym or workout at home?

Answer this; How many times have you inputted 30 minutes into the treadmill timer, but hop off after 20 (you kinda broke a sweat and feel good enough about yourself) all while texting or reading some social media thread. And as for the rest of the exercises? Well, they can wait until next session. The point is, even with a set workout schedule, it’s easy to cut corners—especially if you're going it alone.

答案其實很簡單:

在健身房運動時, 當您把跑步機時間設定為三十分鐘, 你有沒有過在跑完二十分鐘後就不再繼續跑

的經驗? 在跑完二十分鐘後因為已經流過汗, 您已自我感覺良好; 而在跑跑步機的同時您是邊玩手
