What is interval training?
Interval training which consists of a time period of intensive activity followed with an interval of lighter activity.
Do I need to be in good physical condition before starting classes?
No. That is why you are coming to class, in order to get into good physical condition and change your habits.
If you haven’t been training before, you probably will not start on your own. We will access your movements and mobility and provide you will movements you can learn and do to get you started.
