Learn the 9 fundamental movements in CrossFit
These 9 classes are required if you have never done CrossFit before or not proficient in the movements.
The Fundamentals classes are designed to set you up for success prior to entering our regular classes. The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. You will be taught what CrossFit is, how we train and why we think it is a great way to get you fit. The group size is no more than 10 people, which allows for a more personal and dedicated environment with other individuals like your self. Come prepared to learn and there will be a little workout every day based on the movements you have learned.
3 weeks, 9 classes
In order to learn the many movements we train with in CrossFit, these 9 classes are mandatory. Classes are 1 hour long and meet 3 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Each new group starts the first week of the month. If special one-on-one training is required, we also offer those classes as well.
